  • We advise you on how to get the full benefit of the report from a backing and talent management view, and likewise we work jointly in your personal and career development plan. We offer a 90 minutes face-to-face or Skype session, with an expert in career development in the industrial sector.

Group report
This report is used to assess the six indicators, referred not to the individual level, but to the team as a group. It is an extremely effective tool to create high performance teams:
  • A graph of the HQ12 test results, assesses how favorable the environment is for the group (mean and dispersion).
  • Technical skills test results, enables to be aware of the skills the team has, and, consequently, the ones doesn’t have. Depending on the working field we will know in detail the gaps in the team expertise.
  • Approach by competencies test results, displays the team’s average competency preferences. Very helpful to know to what extent the team is focused on what is really important in terms of the team’s responsibilities and the area in which the team carries out its work.
